These terms govern your use of Million Matches—web, mobile, and assisted introductions.

THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the services provided by C-Trace Soft Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Million Matches"). By registering, accessing, or using our services via our Website, Mobile Interface, or WhatsApp Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Nature of Service: Million Matches is a premium, assisted matrimonial platform that utilizes Relationship Managers (RMs) and WhatsApp-based technology to facilitate matchmaking. We are NOT a casual dating app or an algorithmic platform.
1.2 Intermediary Status: For the purposes of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Million Matches acts as an “Intermediary”. We provide a platform for users to find potential life partners based on the information provided by them and verified by our partners.
1.3 App-less Model: You acknowledge that our primary mode of service delivery is via WhatsApp. We do not mandate a mobile application download. All profiles, alerts, and communications will be delivered to your registered WhatsApp number.
2.1 Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age (for women) or 21 years of age (for men) to register. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, legal capacity, and authority to enter into this Agreement.
2.2 Accuracy of Data: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.
3.1 Condition of Service: Access to view full profiles, contact details, or utilize the Relationship Manager service is strictly conditional upon the successful completion of your own background verification.
3.2 Authorization: By registering, you irrevocably authorize C-Trace Soft Solutions Pvt Ltd and its authorized background verification partner, “Third Eye Intelligence Services Private Limited”, to conduct a comprehensive investigation into your background.
3.3 Scope of Verification: This investigation may include, but is not limited to: Identity Verification (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport), Address Verification (Physical & Digital), Employment & Education Checks, Financial Credibility Checks (Credit Score/CIBIL Status), and Public Criminal & Court Record Checks.
3.4 Multi-Source Check: You grant us the right to cross-reference your details against multiple third-party databases and public registries to resolve any discrepancies.
4.1 Anti-Piracy & Privacy (No Screenshots): To protect the privacy of our High Net-worth Individuals (HNI) and premium members, taking screenshots, screen recordings, or photos of the profiles sent to you via WhatsApp is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Sharing these profiles on social media, WhatsApp groups, or with third parties will lead to immediate legal action and account termination.
4.2 Respect for Staff: Any abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior towards our Relationship Managers (RMs) or Support Staff will result in immediate suspension of services without refund.
5.1 Behavior vs. Data Disclaimer: While our partner “Third Eye Intelligence Services Pvt Ltd” verifies factual data (Identity, Employment, Records), Million Matches DOES NOT guarantee the character, behavior, morality, or future conduct of any user. Verification is limited to records available at the time of checking. We are not liable for any domestic disputes, behavioral issues, or marital discord arising after the introduction.
5.2 Forgery Shield: If a user manages to deceive our verification process using high-quality forged documents, synthetic identities, or sophisticated fraud that bypasses standard detection methods, the user acts on their own liability. The platform and its partners cannot be held legally responsible for such criminal deception.
5.3 Platform Reliance (WhatsApp): Since our service relies on third-party platforms (WhatsApp/Meta), we are not liable for service interruptions caused by WhatsApp's servers, downtimes, policy changes, or technical glitches. In such events, we will attempt to deliver services via alternate channels (SMS/Email).
5.4 No Marriage Guarantee: This is a matchmaking service, not a marriage bureau. We do not guarantee a definite marriage alliance or a specific number of responses.
6.1 Role of Franchise: Our authorized Franchise partners act solely as “Payment Collection Points” and “KYC Facilitators”. They do not have the authority to process refunds, guarantee matches, or alter the terms of service.
6.2 Centralized Operations: All matchmaking, verification, and data handling are managed centrally by the Million Matches Head Office.
All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks related to “Million Matches” and “Third Eye” displayed on the service are the property of C-Trace Soft Solutions Pvt Ltd or its partners. You are not permitted to use these Marks without prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
