Refund & Cancellation Policy

Million Matches Matrimony (operated by C-Trace Soft Solutions Private Limited) follows a strict “Payment for Service” model.

1) General Refund Philosophy

Million Matches Matrimony (operated by C-Trace Soft Solutions Private Limited) operates on a strict “Payment for Service” model. Unlike e-commerce products, our service involves immediate operational costs including Relationship Manager (RM) allocation, technology setup, and third-party verification fees. Therefore, we generally follow a “No Refund” policy once the service has been activated.

2) The “Fraud & Forfeiture” Clause (Zero Tolerance)

This is a critical term of your membership. We prioritize the safety of our community above all else.

2.1 Immediate Termination: If the mandatory background verification conducted by our authorized partner, “Third Eye Intelligence Services Private Limited”, flags your profile as “Fraudulent” or “High Risk” due to:

Submission of fake employment details or salary slips.
Undisclosed criminal records or court cases.
Incorrect or forged identity proofs.
Impersonation of another individual.

2.2 Forfeiture of Fees: In such cases, your account will be banned immediately, and 100% of the Membership Fee (₹5,000) will be FORFEITED by C-Trace Soft Solutions Private Limited.

2.3 Rationale: This forfeiture acts as a penalty to cover the verification costs incurred, administrative processing, and breach of trust. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be issued under these circumstances.

3) Cancellation & Refund Scenarios

3.1 Before Service Activation: If you request a cancellation in writing within 24 hours of payment AND before a Relationship Manager has been assigned or any data has been shared with the verification agency, a refund may be processed after deducting a 10% administrative fee.

3.2 After Service Activation: Once a Relationship Manager is assigned OR your data has been pushed to the verification partner, NO REFUNDS will be granted for any reason. This includes:

Finding a match through other sources.
Dissatisfaction with the number of matches (as we focus on quality, not quantity).
Personal reasons for discontinuing the search.

4) Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree not to raise a chargeback or dispute with your bank/credit card provider for reasons covered under this policy (e.g., “Services not received” when verification was failed due to your own fraud). In case of unjustified chargebacks, we reserve the right to suspend the account and initiate legal proceedings to recover the dues and legal costs.
