• Personal Data: Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Marital Status, Religion, Caste, Height, and Photos.
• Contact Data: Phone Number (WhatsApp), Email Address, and Residential Address.
• Verification Data: Government-issued ID proofs (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport), Employment Proofs (Offer letters, ID Cards), and Educational Certificates uploaded for background checks.
• Interaction Data: Call Recordings (quality monitoring, training, safety, and dispute resolution) and Chat Logs (interactions with our WhatsApp Bot and Support Team).

3) How We Use Your Information

• Service Delivery: To create your profile, shortlist matches via Relationship Managers, and send match alerts via WhatsApp.
• Background Verification: To validate the authenticity of your profile through our partner.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, court orders, or governmental regulations.

4) Sharing of Data (Third Parties)

• Verification Partner: By registering, you explicitly consent to the sharing of your sensitive personal data with our authorized background verification partner, "Third Eye Intelligence Services Private Limited". This data sharing is strictly for the purpose of validation and safety.
• Financial & Legal Checks: You authorize us to share your details to check Financial Credibility (Credit/CIBIL Score) and Criminal Records.
• Law Enforcement: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal processes or protect the safety of others.

5) WhatsApp & Communication Consent

You acknowledge that Million Matches is an "App-less, WhatsApp-First" service. By providing your phone number, you grant explicit consent to receive:

• Potential Match Profiles & Photos
• Service Alerts, OTPs & Notifications
• Verification Status Reports via the Million Matches WhatsApp Bot and SMS

You agree that these messages are transactional in nature and will not report them as "Spam" or "Unsolicited".

6) Data Retention

We retain your personal data and verification reports for as long as your account is active. Even after subscription expiry or termination, we may retain verification artifacts and consent logs for a period of up to 12 months to comply with auditing standards and for legal safety.
